On your desktop, right click your mouse
Tab "Appearance" -> "Effects" -> CANCEL "use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts"

19" Screen-Font size changed-Font looks like Blurry on Windows XP

If you change Font size to 14 and the color is black on 19" Monitor. Sometime they will look like "Blurry" and the shadows are light.
