The dates are mot Match. Why? I don't know, I just migrated Oracle to another server but kept the same server name and configuration. Only one thing changed was the IP.
After I queried the table "[cdc].[xdbcdc_staged_transactions]"and compared with the GUI. I found the log was stopped at some transaction and not kept going forward
So I executed to find if any non-distributed transactions happened
"DBCC OPENTRAN"
Microsoft has a solution for it

Reset CDC through The GUI of Change Data Capture Designer for Oracle by Attunity
"Be aware", once you reset, the data insed the system cdc table (Cdc.Cdctable_CT) will be truncated
