[VMWare] The Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Second Edition installer returned error code 4121

When I am installing vSphere Client, it interrupts me and shows

 "The Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Second Edition installer returned error code 4121"

It already connected to network, but not able to press + or - to change IP.
