CMD - How to add UNC printer automatically

Situation:
One of my departments told me that they want to add one more printer which been shared on the LAN.
OS: I need to go their desk and install it each one by one? Yes, I can do that..  But do I have other way to achieve this goal?

Situation:

When I reload new Labels and Ribbons on a printer, somehow the ribbons were cut randomly.
I have to reload it every time when it happened.

It already connected to network, but not able to press + or - to change IP.
