Situation:

When I am installing vSphere Client, it interrupts me and shows

"The Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Second Edition installer returned error code 4121"

Resolution:

Installation:

1. .NET framework and up

Unfortunately, it kept complaining no connection to internet, hence installed using the "DISM" command. Luckily, I had Windows 8 boot disc CD, so I could do "DISM" install of DotNet 3.5
