[CMD] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another precess

Situation:

I created a “batch” file for transfering data from Mainframe to PC and run a VBSCript to do something.

Today when I did this, it showed this up and I use “unLock” tool to check, there was none a process occupying this program

so I checked the environment and found our pc is under AD Domain environment and somehow the security was revoked for this executed account.

“ADD account back and anything is working properly.”
